How much does an AI voice agent cost?
The price of an AI voice agent depends mainly on how many call minutes it handles each month and how many calls it has to take at the same time. No mandatory commitment: you pay for what you use, and annual billing saves 10 %.
- Conversation minutes
- This is the main item. A minute costs €0.077 to €0.090 depending on volume: the more minutes per month, the cheaper each one.
- Concurrent sessions
- How many calls the agent can take at once. A small business usually needs one or two. Each session costs €13.50 per month, dropping to €9.00 from the 5th.
- Phone numbers
- If you want a dedicated number for the agent, each one costs €3.60 to €4.50 per month. You do not need one if the agent registers as an extension on your PBX or you forward your current number.
- Outbound calls and extras
- Calls the agent makes (booking confirmations, follow-ups) cost €0.50 per minute. Remote AI extensions cost €15.00 and each Supervisor Center Operator seat €10.00 per month.
All prices exclude VAT. For high volume, using your own provider keys or installing the platform in your own infrastructure, ask for a custom quote.
